Due to recent Windows October 2018 Update (Codename – Redstone 5), some system components were affected and unfortunately it causes issues with our products.
If you have Sync2 version older than 2.78 (you can check it in Sync2 > Help > About Sync2) synchronization will fail for the Calendar events and Tasks. Please update Sync2 as soon as possible to avoid any synchronization issues related to this Windows Update. Click here to download the latest Sync2 version.
If you have Sync2 Cloud version older than 1.72 (you can check it in Sync2Cloud > Help > About), it won’t synchronize Calendar events and Tasks correctly as well. Click here to download the latest Sync2 Cloud version.
Other possibly affected products are: OST2, OST PST Viewer, Safe PST Backup, Duplicate Remover, Duplicate Killer. We are currently working on them to deliver the fix in the upcoming days.
